Comments: The most important thing for vegans is that they notify the waitress of their diet; as dishes need to be adapted, such as changing butter to olive oil and swapping dips and fillings. The Tex-Mex evening menu is served from 6pm and includes the following vegan options.
Starters: Homemade soup (except stilton & broccoli), nachos with guacamole & salsa, skinfuls filled with veggie chilli or fried mushrooms & onions, chilli tacos with veggie chilli, quesadillas with veggie chilli. Refried beans can also be added to some of the above.
Main courses: Veggie fajitas (without sour cream), veggie chilli & rice with nacho chips and a tortilla, veggie burritos (without sour cream & coleslaw), veggie fajita wrap (without cheese & sour cream), Gluten free pasta (other pasta contains egg) with Neopolitana sauce & side salad, Honey café special salad. Again refried beans can be added to some of the above.
They can make a fruit salad for dessert.
The suitable dishes on the daytime menu are: Breakfast (Tomato, mushroom, beans, hash browns, toast & a drink, or any combination of these, such as mushrooms on toast.), homemade soup, jacket potato filled with veggie chilli, fried mushrooms, onions & courgettes or beans, the skinfuls, nachos & quesadillas from the evening menu, salad & chips and tomato, mushroom, beans & chips.
They are happy to chop and change the menu, if there is any other combination vegan customers would like.

The village of Bronllys lies between Brecon and Talgarth.
