Comments: Vittorio's have a vegan menu available:
Starters: Minestrone soup (freshly made vegetable soup), funghi al pesto (pan-fried button mushrooms in olive oil & green pesto sauce, served with toasted ciabatta bread), bruschetta classica (sliced homemade ciabatta rubbed with garlic, topped with marinated tomatoes & black olives).
Mains: Risotto asparagi (Arborio rice cooked with asparagus, mushrooms & sun dried tomatoes), penne Emelia (short penne pasta in a tomato & pepper sauce), foccaccia all aglio e rosmarino (homemade pizza base drizzled with olive oil, fresh rosemary, pepper, mushrooms, artichokes & rocket leaves).
Desserts: Flavoured sorbet.
More vegan choices can be available if notice is given and they are also happy to amend current dishes where ever possible. The staff are aware of the vegan requirements.
