19/11/17 - The website entry for Cedars Tearoom at the visitor centre in Bryngarw Country Park, Brynmenyn, Bridgend has been updated. They serve a couple of vegan options including sausages and burgers and often have vegan cakes. If you let them know you are coming they can make sure they have suitable cake. Dairy free milks are stocked.
06/11/17 - The Llanwern Bull in Llanwern, Newport is a Marstons 'Generous George' pub with labelled vegan options including pizzas, without cheese, an adapted huevos rancheros and a lemon & lime sorbet sundae.
05/11/17 - Some more Marstons updates, this time for the Swansea area. We have added the Pitcher & Piano bar in Central Swansea to the guide. The labelled vegan options are roasted pepper & tomato bruschetta, burrito salad, red lentil, vegetable & chickpea dahl and the side of balsamic tomato & red pepper salad. We have also updated the Pontardawe Inn in Pontardawe, Neath Port Talbot with the current vegan options available; including roasted vegetable jalfrezi main and lemon & lime sorbet sundae dessert. There is also a suitable soya 1/4 lb. burger but customers will have to check if the chips that come with it have been fried separately from animal products.
